VanTsteri introduces a gaseous hydrogen peroxide concentration probe with a measurement range of 0–2000 ppm. The probe also detects and displays temperature and relative humidity. Configurable addresses support data collection from probes installed at different locations.
Local readings at each monitoring point
The probe’s small display shows the hydrogen peroxide concentration, temperature and relative humidity at its own monitoring point. This provides a local view of concentration and environmental conditions.

Centralized display for multiple points
The accompanying independent display terminal is designed to show readings and connection status from multiple monitoring points in one place.
For applications requiring several points, probe placement can reflect the space layout and monitoring needs. A compatible data-acquisition or monitoring system can be used to view changes at different locations. The supported number of probes, display functions and recording arrangements must be confirmed for the accompanying system.

Digital and analog outputs for system integration
The probe provides RS485 / Modbus RTU digital communication and a 4–20 mA analog output. It uses a 12–24 VDC power supply and supports zero and span calibration. Customers can discuss probe integration and display configuration in relation to the interfaces on their existing equipment and monitoring systems.

Configure around the monitoring requirement
Customers can provide the application, number of monitoring points, installation environment and interface requirements to discuss a suitable configuration.
Concentration, temperature and humidity data should be used alongside process records, effectiveness evaluation and site safety requirements. These readings alone do not establish sterilization effectiveness or permission for personnel entry.
