VanTsteri starts with contamination investigation and source tracing to provide integrated microbial contamination-control services for food factories. The service connects equipment, control measures, on-site implementation and evaluation, helping customers move from identifying causes to treatment and review across production environments, HVAC systems, material-transfer pipelines and storage areas.

Identify causes and treatment priorities
Contamination records, environmental sampling, organism identification and site investigation inform the assessment of potential sources and transmission pathways. The findings help define the areas, systems and equipment requiring attention and provide a basis for selecting and implementing control measures.
Connect equipment with on-site implementation
Based on the investigation and source-tracing findings, VanTsteri provides equipment, technical planning and implementation support. Cleaning and corrective measures, disinfection and related control work are planned around the conditions in different areas and systems. Measures across production environments, HVAC systems, material-transfer pipelines and storage areas are coordinated to turn investigation findings into practical action.

Evaluate results and support continued control
Microbiological testing and appropriate evaluation are arranged for the treatment target. The review checks whether control measures have been implemented and informs recommendations for follow-up monitoring and routine management. Investigation, treatment and evaluation records together help the customer assess the results.
The equipment, technology and evaluation methods are determined for the conditions of each project.
