VanTsteri / INTERNATIONAL DECONTAMINATION SUPPORT
International
Decontamination Support
VanTsteri supports international projects through shipment of remotely operated decontamination robots and remote technical support. On-site engineering support can be arranged according to project scope and commercial terms. Availability is assessed case by case, including shipping and customs, site readiness, connectivity and safe operating requirements.
Planning considers facility drawings, available microbial findings and site conditions. Equipment operation requires suitable site readiness, local coordination, connectivity and safe operating arrangements.
Discuss a project-specific response to mold, mycoplasma, bacteriophages, bacterial spores, Salmonella and other bacterial or microbial contamination.
For pharmaceutical facilities, food and pet food factories, biological laboratories and cold storage environments.
Before the project
Common questions.
Can I request a service without buying equipment?
Yes. Describe the on-site service you need. Equipment supply and on-site service arrangements can be discussed separately.
Can you help with recurring contamination?
Describe the history and prior actions. An investigation may be useful before the service scope is defined.
Does cold-storage service cover every low-temperature condition?
The intended temperature, materials, site arrangements, and project requirements need assessment. Equipment capability alone does not establish service suitability for every facility.
Does environmental decontamination include treating food or cell products?
No. The treatment object must be explicitly defined. Work involving products or cultures requires a separate scope and technical review.
What records will I receive?
Record and report requirements are agreed for the project. They can include service scope, implementation records, and the agreed effectiveness review.
